I purchased a new Peerless faucet with soap dispenser earlier this week. I wanted a 2nd dispenser for hand soap so I ordered this one since the item number matched and stated it was Peerless brand. I received it today and it not the same quality as the original. Very cheap, shipped in a bag without a box or branding, missing the seal and is shorter than the original by about a 1/3-1/2 inch. Very disappointed and I will be returning this item.

It works well with regular soap, however, liquid lava does not pump through. Wish the handle on top was more firm.

Was purchased as a replacement for identical part in a Delta faucet set. This replacement unit was as poorly designed/manufactured as the original – JUNK! Don’t throw good money after bad by buying this as a replacement.

This soap dispenser came with my faucet and although it works well it doesn’t last. Ive replaced it 3 times in 5 years. On the bright side Peerless has been great with their customer support and has provided the replacements free of charge every time. So the warranty department and customer service alone is 5 stars.
