   We were very pleased to find this replaceable part! We originally purchased a complete replacement faucet, but we could not seem to get the existing faucet to unscrew. Believe me when I say we tried everything, watched countless videos and even contacted a plumber friend of ours. Still would not unscrew. So my husband decided to see if the wand and hose was replaceable. It was and it worked perfectly. I am so glad to have a faucet that does not leak for 30 minutes after using it. Next time, we will look for replacement parts before buying all new.

   We’ve had this faucet now for a couple of years and have loved it since we made the switch. We bought the original at Lowes for just under $100. The head of the wand broke the other day, and after finding the replacement part on the Peerless website…I did what any intellectual tech savvy DIYer would do…googled it, to see who had it cheaper! 🙂

   This was exactly what we needed…the only thing to be 100% sure on (which the pictures aren’t always true), is the finish. Again…looked all that up on the Peerless website to be sure and get the correct item number.

   THAT is about all the Peerless website and their 1-800 number is good for…just so ya know.
   Had a couple of issues with UN-installing the old wand and hose, and called them to see what I was doing wrong. It’s changing out a part…NOT rocket science. The website essentially just tells you to call the 1-800 number and they have NO idea what they’re talking about. Polite- Yes. Clueless- Yes. Wast of time-? Yes.
