These parts fixed the leaking spout, but be aware that the parts diagram from Peerless shows them in the wrong order. (No documentation is provided with this kit — I downloaded the docs from the Peerless website.)
The original parts were so damaged when I took it apart that it wasn’t clear how it was assembled. After assembling it per the Peerless 88662 documentation, it wasn’t right. The correct order from top to bottom is: white bushing, then 2 O-rings. Use an appropriate grease/lubricant during assembly to prevent the O-rings from binding.

Quality appeared to be good. When I removed the spout My Peerless faucet had 3 o-rings and 1 white bushing. So I was 1 short and faucet still leaked. So contacted Peerless and they sent a new faucet FREE of charge.

The middle shaft of my Peerless faucet was spouting a leak, but these O-rings and such fixed it up completely! No need to call a plumber or replace the faucet. Installation was super easy. I didn’t even realize I could buy these on peerlessoutlet.com. Please first refer to your Peerless faucet booklet to determine which group of parts you will need. You can also look up your faucet online and get that information.

All parts worked very well. They stopped the leak and with peerlessoutlet.com Prime I got them the next day. Parts may look too small but they expand when you install them. Make sure you don’t skimp on the silicone grease (not included). Grease everything really well because when you go to press the faucet back down, with the new o-rings, you are really going to work at it. That took some time before I could get it down enough to tighten the bonnet.

The time to remove the spout, remove old hardware, and replace with the items in this kit took about 5 minutes. I have the Peerless faucet #P99568LF / P99578LF, faucet code 413763-A (faucet code is located on the backside of the escutcheon.
However, since it was apart, I decided to cleanup the oring grooves, descale, and shine it up a bit. Add 15 minutes.
I also used plumbers silicone grease on the orings. This isn’t mentioned in the instructions, but it’s just a common practice for me when working with o-rings, and plus I have a small tub of it in my garage and need to use it up.
