This tub and shower combo works as it should. Go with the spot resistant kind if you can find one. I don’t know about the shower head, I changed mine to a high pressure showerhead before I installed.

The knob feels sturdy and we just used it for a shower with no tub (Didn’t install the tub faucet piece). Couldn’t find a comparable one without and this one was fairly inexpensive. This was used in my grandparents walk in shower and it is easy for them to grip and move. SENIOR FRIENDLY.

This was ordered to replace an older Delta, but did not use it at all because it’s TRIM ONLY and no other valve parts in the box. What you see, is basically what you get. I would only recommend this to replaced dull scratched trim. Otherwise, a complete assembly would be a better deal than piecing it all together separately.
