Very disappointed. We’ve had problems since day one. I was told to contact the manufacturer which I did. The pull down will not stay locked in place. It looks like it’s broken because it hangs at an angle. I was told it’s because the weight isn’t installed properly. It still won’t lock. As of yesterday the sprayer won’t change settings. Our old Delta lasted 7 years. This one is 6-7 months old. Very disappointed. BTW….this faucet is used only by 2 of us, both seniors, no kids. So can’t blame on misuse. We will have this replaced by another Delta.

These are leaking somewhere internally after about 6 months. Gets water all over the counter. Also the attachable/detachable spray nozzle does not like to stay in place and will slightly dangle. Looks decent but I’d go with something with a higher level of quality.

Looks great and was easy to install. However, the sprayer will not stay locked into the gooseneck piece so the sprayer is always dangling. It is annoying but did not get it installed until after return deadline.
