   Got my order quickly, but box was wrecked, and it must have been a returned item. The stuff was already opened inside, and the installation tool had been beat up and misused.

   We went from dual faucets to a single hole vanity to eliminate the chances of leaking in half. It includes everything you need to complete the job, except for tools of course. If you wanna take on this job, then you have to be all the way in it, or not at all, and call a professional instead. Because here are some issues you might incur should you decide to tackle this: – The current nut holding your faucet handles might be unreachable, especially if you have built in cabinets done by original homebuilders. – Pop up drain pipe might be one of those thin 1.75 inch nuts, in which case, standard wrenches won’t work. I was standing at my local hardware store looking at the most gigantic wrenches, and to my surprise, no matter how small or gigantic these things are, their jaws will open up to 1.5 inches at most. The nut under your drain might be 1.75 inches. This is when I learned about a Plumber’s Wrench. These wrenches have jaws that open up from 1 to 3 inches. The good thing is that these new design pop up drains have oversized nuts that can be threaded by your barehand. So the next time you have to replace it, you won’t need the plumber’s wrench. – To go to work, you will have to turn off the water. Under your sink are hot and cold shut off valves. Now if you have not touched these valves for ages, years, maybe a decade like us. LOL! Understand that once you move the knob, cracking and breaking up whatever residue or calcium buildup that has accumulated over time, there is a 80-90% chance the valve will leak from that point on. You will then have no choice, but to replace the shut-off valve as well. 80-90% is a very high likelihood and it’s not hyperbole. Many professionals mention this, and I thought it was an exaggeration too until it happened to me. So trust me, if you haven’t touched your shut off valves for many years, it will leak if you start to fiddle with it. So here’s a tip. If you don’t want to chance it, then shut the water off to the entire house. There are many issues that can stop you in your tracks when tackling these types of jobs. Be prepared to go all the way, or not at all, and hire a professional. We got our hands dirty, and learned a lot. This is a 5-Star set!

   This is a gorgeous, gorgeous option for a single-handle faucet. The finish (I received Brushed Nickel) is phenomenal.
   The styling and lines of it are sleek and modern while not being so contemporary as to clash with more traditional fittings that may already be in the room.

   The instructions are well-written and clear. The packaging is quite good. Recommended.

   Installed this with new vanity I bought. It installed easily and looks nice. The brushed chrome looks good and cleans up easily. Very happy with this faucet.

   Not including the time it took to remove the old faucet clean and prep everything, it literally took me 3 minutes to install the faucet. I’ve changed many faucets so this process can take much longer if you need an adapter for your angle stops, the holes aren’t big enough or if any of the hardware is rusted or damaged. In all I spent maybe 10 minutes total. As you can see from the picture, as long as you have a center hope, the faucet is ready to go after you slide the two supply lines into the center hole, put the backing plate and nut on, attach the supply lines and turn the water back on. Peerless makes a good faucet and this one has a nicely weighted lever that is very responsive to controlling the volume of water as well as the temperature.

Bad: -The faucet sits lower than expected and does not give us the clearance that we wanted. I ordered the Peerless P1535LF-BN-LPU Parkwood Handle Lavatory Faucet Single Hole, Brushed Nickel. We like that the faucet has hot and cold markings. The handle is easy to grip and move. The versatility of installing with or without a deck plate is an added feature. Overall, the quality looks good, but because it was too short, it did not work for our project.
