Well I bought 2 but they came from different places. Both sold by peerlessoutlet.com. The first was perfect. The second came a day later. The Escutcheon was badly damaged with dents and to top it off it was missing a screw that holds the Escutcheon in place. So now not only do I have to replace the damaged parts but I also have to explain to the home owner why it’s not installed. Being a plumber for 20+ years I really don’t like explaining that the materials– I purchased are sub standard. And that I’ll have to order another one. But is what it is. Almost forgot…..thank you peerlessoutlet.com for filling my free time with this task. I sure am glad I don’t have to relax or something silly like that after working all day.

Not sure if I put it on wrong but it will almost go all the way around and will come on at 2 different spots so sometimes my boys don’t turn it off all the way and it’s making my water bill go up.
