   It is one of those kitchen faucet that you want to have – easy to install, no special took and can be done within an hour. I did have my friend help me to install. He likes the face that the hose lines are include which made it a lot easier. Water flows well, no leak. Will see if this one last longer then the one I get about a year ago. No issue after about a wee of installation and use.

   We selected this faucet as a replacement for an existing single-handle pull-down sprayer faucet. All of the fixtures in our house are oil-rubbed bronze, so this faucet looks right at home in our kitchen.

   I appreciated that this fauce comes with the supply lines included. My water supply valves don’t come up very high in the undersink cabinet. Fortunately, the supply lines were precisely the right lenghth.

   Installation was crazy easy. It actually took longer to remove the old faucet that it did to complete the installation of the new one.

   We have a household with 12 people and wash lots of dishes every day of the week. The faucet is holding extremely well to constant daily use.

   This is a great looking faucet. If you are not familiar with the Peerless single-handle faucet, you turn on the water by tilting the handle away from the faucet. The strength of the water flow is proportional to how far you tilt the handle, and you have adequate flow control. The temperature is controlled by rotating forward for hot and backward for cold. Temperature control is excellent (much better than the flow control). I found the controls all worked well for me.

   The head can be pulled out easily and the spray changed by clicking on the knob. The switch seems sturdy, but only time will tell if the switch lasts a long time. Early versions of this faucet suffered from switches that broke after a few years, so the lifetime limited warranty is worth noting. For non-commercial users this means if there is a problem due to materials they will fix or replace the item for as long as you own it. I recommend you go to the Peerless web site and register your product just in case.

    Using this in an office kitchenette. Seeks almost no use. The water is leaking out of the bottom of the unit into the cabinets. Support says its likely the cartridge and is sending a new one – we shall see. This should not happen so soon.
