This faucet is installed on a new 30″ vanity in a basement bathroom. It is the 3rd bathroom faucet we’ve had installed in 3 different bathrooms this year. As with the other 2 faucets, the drain assembly is a poor design and I wish manufacturers would just revert to a pop up drain. The drain stopper pull is small and awkard and the assembly is a pain. We had someone install this faucet and I could hear him cursing when he got to the drain assembly. (The other 2 faucets – Grohe – I ended up putting in pop up drains because the pulls were too close to the backsplash).
Upshot is that the faucet overall is very nice and has good lines. Installation is pretty straightforward and much easier if you pay someone else to do it(!).

We are re-doing a bathroom and bought a new countertop and sink with holes for a wide-spread faucet set. I wanted brass construction and not cheap metal. We changed the fixtures from chrome to brushed nickel and this set is beautiful. I think it is classic & elegant. It’s heavy & solid and unlike some of the cheap big box replacements we have bought over the years, I think this will last a long time. If you are handy with home repair tasks, I suppose you could DIY install it. There are fairly detailed instructions. But we hired someone and are happy with that decision.

This set wasn’t *too* hard to install, although the drain was a hassle. I tried using silicone, as suggested in the instructions, but couldn’t get a perfect seal. I wound up scraping it off and using plumber’s putty instead, which worked like a charm. The handles and faucet are great. The drain pull isn’t my favorite, but it’s not that visible and we don’t use it that often.
One of the plastic pieces arrived broken, so I had to call customer support. The agent was very nice and helpful. He actually had to escalate the issue up the chain, but with help from above we got the issue resolved. Major props to the Peerless support team.
