   Why did I choose this item? Besides its good looks, it was the brand name. Peerless is a company that has been around forever, and I know if I ever need to replace a wear part, it should be available. The finish on the metal valve handle and trim plate is beautiful, and perfectly applied. The shower head body is actually plastic, but you wouldn’t know it by looking. It has the exact same appearance as the rest of the kit. Frankly, I’m not really worried about the shower head material. It’s located up and out of the way, so I don’t expect it to see any wear. Besides when I think of all the finished plastic parts on my car, which look like metal, and survive much worse, I figure this should do just fine

   The product arrived in good condition and is of solid quality, maintaining its color even after installation despite a few minor scratches. The handle is soft and easy to use. The only drawback is that the shower head is a bit small, but it compensates by providing high water pressure without reducing flow. Overall, I really like it, and it works well.

   We had a Peerless shower faucet set previously and decided to upgrade by getting this Peerless Ezra Single-Function Chrome Shower Faucet Set. Installation was fairly easy since we already had the correct valve but if you don’t, you may need a proper plumber to solder one in and of course have to purchase that valve separately. I’d say my only complaint is the shower head is kind of cheap feeling plastic and the water pressure has definitely gone down noticeably even if they claim otherwise. Different settings perform better than others but it is something to keep in mind. Nonetheless, it looks great.

   I’m disappointed with this shower faucet set, the head is mostly plastic and very small, the shower handle is the only quality feeling piece on the set. for the price I was expecting a big shower head or at least made of good quality. it comes with everything to install but I’m not planning to use this shower, it’s a boomer, I’ll be looking for alternatives.

   Using this to replace a head and handle set in a walk in shower that is currently chrome. This is a nice mat black look and has thickness to the metals and feels quality. I like the red/blue color dots for the handle and the square shower head. Overall happy with the order.

   This is much more substantial than I was expecting. The finish on it is excellent, and I loved the heft of the shower piece. A lot of times, those are kind of flimsy. This is not.

   My plumber did it for me, but I think I could have tackled it on my own. Since we’re dealing with pipes in walls, I played it safe. I also bought a replacement valve, as recommended, and he had both the shower handle and faucet installed within about 15 minutes.

   I like the flow of the shower head. It’s much better than my last low-flow one and it has a nice blast radius, and changing from one setting to the next is easy .
