   As another reviewer mentioned, this is not a Delta faucet. It is a Peerless. That said, nice faucet, and does have lifetime warranty, so we’ll see how it lasts. I’ll give it 3 stars for now, but will update if they want to update this listing with correct information.

   I do service plumbing and commonly run into issues with standard (waterfall style) vessel faucets. Many suffer from low water pressure poor aerator construction, etc. many want a top mount bowl style for a sink and end up removing it all at a huge expense later because of all the issues with the standard style vessel.

   This faucet has a good construction with removable and replaceable components. The aerator threads on and is easily cleaned or replaced, the high arc points at the bowl allowing for normal pressure at a counter top mount bowl style configuration. Super easy to install. Good price. Looks great, Definitely recommend.

   This is a Peerless faucet. Delta is not even mentioned on the box. All made in China. Not sure Delta warranty will even apply on this faucet.

   P1723LF-OB faucet is actually a Peerless Faucet, which is made by Delta. It has a lifetime warranty on the finish and faucet. I bought this to replace a POS Vessel Sink Faucet by BATHFINESSE that the finish was peeling off of. I paid more than the old faucet, but you get what you pay for. The P1723LF-OB performs flawlessly. It uses less water too as observed by the hot water taking a few seconds longer to reach the faucet. That may be a problem for some where seconds count, this faucet may not be for you. It also does not splash water compared to the old water fall “horse trough hand pump looking” faucet. Which was my families other complaint against the old faucet we replaced. Photo and video are of the P1723LF-OB I just installed to replace the old faucet in our small bathroom I remodeled earlier this year. The 3rd “stock” photo is the faucet I replaced I’m remodeling the master bathroom now and I’ve purchased 2 more of these faucets we like them so much!
