   I ordered this kit to replace a bad existing cold valve on a pedestal sink. It’s appropriately priced for a budget faucet kit since anything close to this at a big box store would be well over $100. The connections from the handles to the faucet are a high temparature vinyl hose assembly with quick disconnect fittings for the faucet and each handle. I really loved this design. Took seconds to install. The other thing I liked were the threaded underside hold back plates for the valve assemblies. You spin them on until snug and then tighten two philips set screws on each plate to secure the valves extremely tight to the sink itself. No needing to fight with a wrench to get he valves tight enough. The material is high quality and the finish is very nice.

   The instructions were very right about one part, removing the old faucet was the hardest part of the install.
   This faucet installed well, seems to be of good solid quality, and is aesthetically pleasing. The value for the price was very good.

   Works well, plumber had no trouble installing it, and it looks great. The handles aren’t quite as solid feeling as the delta faucet I replaced. But obviously that older faucet had other more serious problems! For the money this is a good product.

   I’ve done many faucet replace over the years and this one is as good as any others. And the price is very good – particularly considering it included the drain assembly. The faucet feels fairly weighty, and it did not feel cheap at all. It was very easy to install, and I liked the anchoring assembly on the two handle assembly where you tighten the ring from below the sink and also be able to tighten further using two screws. That is much easy to install rather than just relying on the nut which is very hard to tighten below the sink. For me, taking out the 20 year old rusted assembly took most of the time. Overall very satisfied.

    Purchased two sets for a bathroom remodel. Set looks nice and works fine, but the plastic insert for the cold water handle broke after a month of normal use. Replaced under warranty by the manufacturer, but it is a poor design; and I’m glad I received a pair of new inserts, because I expect to have the same problem any time now.

    My 81 year old mother in law needed to replace her bathroom faucet because the 10 year old American Standard was using a new cartridge once a month. I was horrified at the prices in the Big Box Stores. You can’t beat the price of this product and it wasn’t plastic! As others have mentioned the handles are somewhat a little wobbly, but mom hasn’t notice and it looks great!

    I bought this for my newly renovated bathroom and other than the look, the one I received misses a major part. It did not have the right mounting nut to install the faucet in place which made the whole thing useless. It also did not have a drain stopper so I had to return the whole thing and get a new one from Home Depot. You should at least check if what inside the box is usable. This is not an isolated incident because I ordered three faucets and all of the come the same way.
