   My previous faucet had a ceramic disc valve and always opened and closed nicely, after many years of use. So this is an essential feature that I look for in a new faucet.

   This Parkwood design is a nice blend of traditional and contemporary. The handles are comfortable to grab.

   Installation time really depends on how rusty the old faucet nuts are for removal, and if you need to buy new water supply hoses etc. If the old faucet is easy to access from underneath, and nothing else needs replacement, it should only take about 30 minutes to pop this one in place.

   we got this faucet to replace a delta faucet that we had in our bathroom that corroded away after only 3 years despite us having an water softner.

   My husband installed the new faucet in under 30 minutes. The faucet came included with a new drain, but we didn’t end up using it. He was able to just fit the new faucet with the existing drain. The faucet is really nice, it has a nice contemporary style. Nickel finish which is my preference. I’m not at all into stainless steel. The handles on the faucet turn with ease. Way smoother than the delta faucet we had. SO far so good. It looks great in our bathroom.

   My one and only complaint is that it shows finger prints and water spots that our old faucet never showed. But that is a minor issue. Otherwise i’ve had this faucet installed for about a week now and it is working out perfectly!

   I’m remodeling my 1/2 bath in transitional style, which is a mix of traditional and contemporary elements, and I find this faucet to be exactly what I envisioned for this place. This centerset, 3 hole installation faucet in brushed nickel finish, includes matching pop-up drain. All parts arrived neatly packaged in a cardboard box. The instructions were easy to follow and the installation was very simple. As a matter of fact it took me much longer to remove the old faucet than to install this new one. I installed the faucet a week ago, and I’m very happy with it. I like the water flow and how easy it is to operate the handles. There are no leaks anywhere in the system. The lift rod works well and the pop-up drain seals the water off completely when it’s closed. The finish looks very nice and complements my bathroom. The faucet is well made and sturdy, and feels like it should last for a long time. I haven’t found a single flaw or anything I didn’t like about this faucet and I greatly recommend it.

   This is a good looking faucet, but be warned this is a water saver faucet, which flows water miserably slow at 1gpm. Don’t believe me, open the faucet neck, there’s a tube in there the size of a cocktail stirrer. Thinking of hand hygiene, good luck with this faucet. Another drawback with these low flow faucets, if you don’t have good sink plumbing, you will constantly be calling the plumber to clean out your drains, because very little water runs through the drains to clean out any debris. And lastly, you’ll be waiting an eternity for the hot water to finally flow through the tap with this slow a rate.

   I am very impressed by this faucet. It was fairly straightforward to install and works very well. The manual is detailed and it has all of the info you might need, including cleaning and troubleshooting the valves if necessary in the future. Things that I liked: – Very good build quality and feel of the valves. Solid and sturdy. – The drain separates in two between the bottom of the sink and the stopper lever. This allows you to install the drain without having to unscrew the flange on top. This makes future removal much easier and prevents potential damage to the sink drain opening. – The valves are fully serviceable\replaceable. This also allows you to tighten the handles if they ever become loose. Our previous faucet had fixed handles which eventually started to separate from the valve and cause dead zones. – Drain section is plastic. One might consider this to be more of a con. However in the long run it would prevent potential rust buildup which causes the retaining nut to freeze up. – The tool to remove the aerator is included for easy cleaning. I can’t really think of anything I am unhappy with. Only time will tell how the valves perform but that applies to every faucet on the market.

   This faucet is a water saving type faucet, small stream and not much pressure. It takes longer to get hot water since it runs slower. Also, I’m not sure how durable it will be or how well it’s made. I noticed the whole faucet handle units move back and forth with very little pressure. Time will tell??? The last thing I have to say is the price went down appx. $ 20.00 and I would take out and return but it’is too much trouble!!!

   This faucet is of top quality design and construction, was easy to install and was the star of my bathroom sink/drain/faucet DIY renovation project. My only disappointment is that the flow is much lower than in my previous Delta, which means that I have to wait a long time for the water to come out hot. I understand the reason for limiting flow in places like California where drought is a threat, but I don’t think it should be done here in Canada, the freshwater capital of the world. The aerator seems to be Neoperl Perlator CS 13/16″-27 1.0 GPM, and I have been looking for a 1.5 GPM replacement, without success so far (I bought a 16.5-18.5-21.5-24 aerator kit on peerlessoutlet.com, but that is not compatible).
