1. Installation needs an adapter kit which costs near $300 and has a 3-4 week delivery time. 2. Box had critical missing parts, like rubber gaskets and washers – poor quality control. Plumber took over 5 hours to install it. Bad design. Stay away from it and buy something else.

Très beau mais ne vient avec aucuns des accessoires pour l’installation donc c un traças de trouver les anneaux de fixation et les caoutchoucs donc j’ai retourné ça revient trop cher de tout acheter separé.

Bought this to replace the original form 25 years ago. It’s very pretty this finish doesn’t leave fingerprints so it doesn’t look like it needs to be wiped down everyday which I like. I think it feels very expensive not cheap. Expecting it to last awhile. Very happy with it.

All went well with the exception of the shower trim cover not fitting onto the delta rough in valve. The other trim pieces screwed in perfectly but the shower piece was slightly larger.

I’m remodeling my whole bathroom and purchased this faucet (PTT4523-OB) for my tub and the matching faucet (P3523LF-OB) for the vanity. The vanity faucet package includes the valves necessary for its installation but this package does not. It requires a completely separate valve package (R4707-PX) in order to install it, and that’s another $175!
Nowhere in the description of either faucet does it mention this–the vanity faucet doesn’t mention that the valves are included and this faucet description doesn’t mention that they’re not included. Now the plumber has to come back another day and my whole project is delayed.
