   My SNL installed and initially the installation of the flanges for adapting the center distance, but once we threaded them on the faucet first it went easy. The cold and hot handles glide effortlessly and no leaks. This is a big upgrade from the cheap hardware store brand which leaked so bad. I am thrilled with this faucet for my 1927 Craftsman Bungalow restored kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

   I absolutely love this ! It just gives the kitchen a beautiful look, modern yet classic. I’ve had this faucet for around five years without issues. However, I am now having issues with handle, but it comes with a lifetime warranty so I’m going to reach out to the company this week. I will update this review once I hear back from the company as I know other buyers will be interested in how they handle warranties before purchasing. I would pick this faucet over the brass & faucets at those tend to look cheap after a while.

   I installed the faucet a month or so ago and it’s working perfectly. I bought a really nice chrome swivel aerator here on peerlessoutlet.com and I’m set to go. It took me a week to work up the nerve to actually try to install it. I’ve never done any plumbing and my pipes have got to be at least 50 years old. As a few people have pointed out most wall mounted faucets are in old houses, and there could easily be problems you don’t know about until you take the old faucet off. I’m very glad I read through the reviews first. I made sure I used wd-40 on the nuts/joins of the old faucet the night before I tried to take it off, that I had a roll plumber’s tape, and I was ready to make an emergency call to a plumber. My pipes had only just enough threading left (the rest had rusted away) to get it on. I had to remove the faucet after my first try because the hot water side was leaking. More plumber’s tape and fingers crossed I didn’t tighten it so much the pipe snapped. Pfew…it worked. It would have been a bit easier if there had been someone else to help hold it at times, but I did manage alone. For the price, the faucet is very nice quality and it’s as good as gold plated for the poor beaten up faucet it replaced. The design of the faucet fits in really nicely with a kitchen that still has a lot of it’s old features, too.

    Fantastic product, valves feel like velvet. The finish is perfect and this faucet works great. I did have a hassle mounting it, but that is not Peerless’s fault. Well maybe, if they would have given me a couple big nuts with the same threads as the chrome flanges, I could have mounted this easier. Using a big nut on the 1/2″ NPT nipple that screws into the faucet does not work on a thin stainless backsplash like I had (see pics). Instead, I flipped those chrome flanges around and used them to tighten the faucet to the backsplash. I had to drill four little hoses into the chrome flanges so I could tighten them with snap-ring pliers with right-angle bits. Mounting the doglegs flush to the backsplash pushes the water fittings further back, but it does look cleaner from the front. Sad thing is I had an old faucet that might have had the same threads on its cruddy flanges, so I may have been able to use those as nuts to tighten the unit to the sink. Its rock-solid now and I love the way this thing works. I thought I must have paid 177 bucks for it, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it was closer to 60 bucks. The pivoting faucet feels a little loose and sloppy, but it does not leak. I note that it is held on with a threaded collar so maybe I can shim it with an O-ring to make it feel tighter. I can’t get over how effortless the handles work on this.

    The faucet arrived right on time as promised and is true to its picture. It is a substantial piece and of very good quality. It looks lovely in my antique drain board sink and was easy to install . The only issue with it that I can see is that it has a residual drip every so often but I think it is because of the goose neck design holding the water. I highly recommend this product.
