Had to use gaskets from old shower head to make this work without leaking. Called customer service to get new gaskets and waited 33 mins before being dropped. Will not buy again but have to keep this one out of necessity.

Returning it.. Not only is the hose VERY stiff but there is nothing “grip-able” to hold it! One must hold the actual head to TRY to maneuver the water direction ! ! !
Been using hose shower heads 50+ years !!
This is the most difficult – to the point of “useless!” SORRY, Peerless!!

The connections are so poorly constructed they broke using very moderate force to screw in. Avoid.
