Contrary to some older reviews, this faucet definitely comes with threaded metal nuts to hold the handles and spigot to the sink–even better, the metal nuts for the handles have two set screws to tighten things up further. My only complaint is that is was a bit tricky getting the spigot centered in the hole because the pipes coming out of it are a bit off center. Also, be sure to have some plumber’s putty available to seal the drain/tailpiece–the instructions say to use silicone; however, most types of silicone require some time to cure, but the plumber’s putty allows you to use the sink right away.

Beautiful faucet at a great price, purchased to go with new granite vanity in bathroom remodel. Had for 1 year and still working great, highly recommend 🙂

I bought two sets for my newly renovated bathroom with double sink. The faucet is of good quality and looks great. The problem is that the threaded “shank” of the hardware isn’t long enough to tighten onto my standard thickness granite counter top. My contractor has to go out and buy extension hardware and plans to charge me an additional $150 to purchase and install them. I am disappointed that the shanks aren’t more generous in length.

We used this faucet in our master bath after a leaky pipe made us redo the whole room. We found a vanity that had 3 holes 8 inches across. After looking at more than 200 faucets, we picked this one. It looks beautiful with the granite counter top. Not only was this one of the most reasonable in cost, but it looks better and was easier to install than one a friend put in their bath at 5 times the cost. We just come home and thank the lord we found this one on peerlessoutlet.com. It looks so much better in person than the picture. Wish I knew how to up load a photo, I could show you how beautiful it is. I have arthritis in my hands, the levers for the turn on and off are smooth and easy. I don’t think you will be any happier if you spend that 5X’s, than if you purchase this one. I know we are happy. In fact we are going to redo our hall bath and put another one in there.

I replaced my original faucets and made sure to purchase a style with a higher neck, that makes everything form washing hands to brushing teeth easier. These look great and flow very well. I did remove the flow restriction from the aerator for better water flow but that was easy enough to do and I was able to leave the aerator itself in place. So far so great. It was a bit time consuming to install but I credit that to the three hole design which I wanted. The design made the install simple but it was time consuming, even so it was about 30 minutes not too bad.

Flimsy, & not that sturdy. Also, harder than average to install. Feels cheap. I have no idea how people can give this faucet a 4.9 star rating. It’s feels cheap and feels as though it’s going to break any moment. I CANNOT recommend buying this. Buy a Moen, Kohler or even a Delta. The cold water handle actually clicks when I turn the water off. They look and feel like the real thing. That’s a fact. In general, people vastly overate what they buy. Why? I have no idea. I’m sorry to say this, but not all products made on this planet are even close to 3 and 4 star quality, but most of them are on all web sites, including peerlessoutlet.com. Someone explain this to me.
****Follow-up- I returned the “4.9 rated” Peerless, and bought a widespread Delta Talbott model in SS. Felt sturdy installing it. The design was “major” league. Looks and works great. It did cost $20.00 more, but I buy a faucet expecting it to last 20 years. If I just looked at that Peerless, I got in a bad mood. That Peerless would have driven me crazy in less than 5, Good Riddance!

I bought this unit because I didn’t want to spend $200+ on other units that look and function the same. Given its lower price, I think this was a good buy,. It looks really nice, the water flows nicely from the spout and overall I am happy with it. What I don’t like, however, is the handles are a little loose, no matter how much I tighten them (from both top and bottom). There are screws inside the handle that help tighten them, but every few weeks I have to tigten them again. And even tightening those screws as much as I can never fully stabllizes the handles. Its a minor annoyance but one I can live with.
