After I had the plumber install and then return to “fix’ the problem, I am still unhappy with this faucet and wish I never bought it. The water runs til it empties the arc after it is shut off. The plumber said it has something to do with a water saving piece.
I think this is ridiculous, and sounds like a real line of nonsense. When I tried to ontact the manufacturer, they request $5.00 and will have amaster Plumber contact you. They say it is refundable, but if you don’t cancel this it becomes an automatic monthly fee for around $14.00 … I don’t remember the actual amount.
I am so sorry I bought this faucet. And I refuse to have the plumber come back a third time.
