   This faucet looked nice on the website and probably would have worked fine, but I returned it because the underside is gray plastic, which made it look cheap. I bought a similar looking Peerless from a big box store that has a metal piece there and it was less expensive.

   This faucet works fine. However, I was expecting all metal. There was nothing said in the description otherwise, nor does it show in the picture, but the underside of the spout is plastic. This would not matter if it was plated to look like the rest, but it is a dull solid color grey. In a word – ugly. Luckily, you don’t see it much once it’s installed, but I was very disappointed to see this when I pulled it out of the box.

   Replaced 3 cheap plastic bathroom sinks with nice tan porcelain ones and wanted to swap out cheap faucets also. Bad reviews on lower priced ones at Home D and Lowes, so remembered peerlessoutlet.com. Found these at about half retail price, free shipping and no tax. Came with metal drain and up and down stopper. All I needed was some plumber’s putty and teflon tape, which I already have. I had limited experience with these installations, but had no problems. They look ten times classier than the fake chrome plastic ones that were in there. Love ’em — Exactly what I wanted and work great — Larry A
