   I carefully selected this because it had the remote lever drain in the product photos and also clearly was shown in photos with the remote lever. Unfortunately, it only has a push-pop drain. I would have returned it, but due to delays in our renovation the faucet and drain were not opened for installation until after the return window. Advice: Double-check that you have received what you wanted as soon as you get it.

   I absolutely love these faucets, I bought 3 for my bathrooms, wasn’t really sure about them, just got them installed and I love them. Love the looks, the style, the chrome and the way they work. Didn’t know till they were put in,they have the push button stopper. Recommend to anyone.

   Installation was a bit trickier for us because our old faucet was soddered right into the pipes with no shut off valves. We decided it would just be easier to install the shut off valves then try to learn to sodder. We used a pipe cutter and cut the copper pipe and used a compression fitting for each. We don’t have a lot of plumbing experience, so we did study up on how to do this. Once the shut off valves were installed, putting the faucet together was a breeze. The instructions were easy to follow with the exception of the placement of one of the rubber gaskets between the faucet and the base plate. I’m still not positive we put that in the right location, but nothing is leaking so I think we are good. Our vanity top is old and the hole wasn’t big enough, so we used the stone attachment on a dremmel tool to widen it a bit until it fit. Our medicine cabinet is huge and hung quite low. The faucet just fit under it and we scrapped the back of it a bit the first time we tried to put it in through the hole that was too small. It left permanent damage, a small scrape in the back. I’m not taking a star away for that because it was our fault. It looks great and works so much nicer than our old faucet! Now we need to update the rest of the bathroom to match our new modern faucet. You will need some plumbing silicone, so be sure to purchase that and have it ready before you start your project.

   I recently bought a new condo and remodeled the kitchen. I didn’t touch the bathroom much with the remodel, but really wanted to replace my bathroom faucet. I put a really nice brushed nickel Moen faucet in my kitchen and was thrilled to find this really cute small similar style faucet from Peerless for my bathroom. I remember Peerless as being a lesser expensive and lesser quality, but this brushed nickel fixture is super good quality. I love, love, love the design! It transformed my bathroom and looks super classy! Installation was a bear like any other faucet would be, but my guy friend and I installed it in a couple hours. The only thing we had to purchase separately was plumbers puddy for the drain and little extension water supply lines. The Peerless faucet I received did include water supply lines – they just weren’t quite long enough to reach my water valve connections. I have a three hole sink and it’s really nice this came with the cover plate. You can see how nice this looks in my photos. I am also impressed at how smooth the valve is on this fixture. It is easy to make micro-adjustments to the water pressure and the water temperature. That tells me the value is really good in this fixture. I do wish the faucet arm swiveled, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Also, the hot water is the forward position and the cold water it the back position which is completely opposite from my Moen kitchen faucet. I find this function is not consistent with any fixtures I’ve had in my life. My Moran faucet makes more sense that cold would be forward and hot to the back. On this Peerless faucet it does have a little round red (for hot) and blue (for cold) symbol on the handle, so it’s easy to look down and see which way to turn the handle. Again, not a deal breaker for me, but thought I would mention these two things in my review. I highly recommend this faucet fixture. I am 100% satisfied and I’m glad to finally get this upgrade done in my older bathroom. Looks and functions so nice!

   This model exudes quality and durability from the first look to the first moment in your hands. One of the better Peerless bathroom faucets I’ve ever seen. It’s on par with some of the Moen faucets I’ve enjoyed and which I tend to favor. Has an appealing contemporary style, with smooth, fluid lines. Durable heavy-walled metal construction and attractive highly polished chrome finish. There is some heft to this faucet. Handle motion is impressively smooth due to the ceramic valve technology, which also tends to offer an extended service life. It is configured for 1 or 3-hole installations with 4″ centers. A heavy gage chrome baseplate/escutcheon is included for 3-hole installations. Includes a pop-up drain and water supply lines; making it pretty much ready for install except for the basic tools and plumber’s putty. Installation instructions are included and the install is straightforward. This is one faucet that may be able to go heads-to-heads with some of Moen’s lineup. Came well packaged to withstand shipping and handling.

   Really beautiful design and fits great in our old historic house despite its modern look. No aerator key included and it is needed because the aerator has an unusual design. Would be 4 or 5 stars if key was included. The cap for the drainage is flimsy, so we just went without it and it looks ok.

    Beautiful chrome finish, stylish (though I would have preferred a more traditional look…). The main motivation for purchasing this is the simplicity of operation and keeping it clean. My previous faucet was mini-spread and two levered. It was impossible to easily keep it free of soap scum and water spots because of too many tight surfaces in a mini spread faucet. Keeping this one clean is a breeze.

    I love how this looks! The brushed nickel finish works perfect in our bathroom. It does show water spots, but they clean off easily. I like the modern industrial look of the spout.

    I like the one-hand control of temperature and flow. I’m left-handed, so having it on the right isn’t perfect, but I still love not having to use two handles to control temperature.

    The drain pull is at an odd angle and really tight to the back, so that is the one thing I don’t like about the design. However, we rarely stop the sink, so it isn’t a big deal. However, if you rely on this, you might not like the design.

    I appreciate having the plate included to cover the holes from our previous double-hole faucet. It’s nice that it also includes the drain assembly.

    When we first installed this, the faucet would run for a second after shutting off the lever, but after a few weeks it seems to have resolved and now it shuts off immediately. I’m feeling much more positive about it now that this isn’t a problem. I was concerned that we would have to repair it right out of the box. I’ll see how it goes the longer we use it. I haven’t noticed it dripping, but that would be the first sign of a problem.

    Overall, I am very happy with it. It’s sturdy, and I’m looking forward to having it work for a long time.
