This faucet replaced my ancient 70s faucet that literally fell apart. It was no problem for me to install, and I am no handyman. I would recommend using silicone sealant on the faucet body as recommended in the instructions. I didn’t do this and I do get occasional drops leaking under the faucet as a result. Other than that it performs flawlessly and installed easily. It may not impress the Martha Steward crowd with its amazing looks, but it is functional and solid.
