Only the handle of this faucet is metal. Won’t be an issue for some, but Peerless’ peerlessoutlet.com listing for the faucet should have made that crystal clear. Not making that clear cost me several days on my project, as I waited for it to arrive. I feel like most buyers are going to be expecting a metal base at least. It has a nice look though, and the quality of the faucet seems fine for mostly plastic.

Purchased in Oct 2021 and it already failed. Whenever you turn the faucet spout to the right, water spews from the swivel base and pours out under the handle.
It still works fine if you keep the spout on the left side but since we have a double sink in our kitchen and we shift the spout from one sink to the other, it’s horrible. Water leaks all over!
Will be replacing it but NOT with another Peerless product. A faucet should last more than 3.5 years!!!

This is a great faucet. It was super easy to install. It is heavy duty and great quality. The water comes out of it evenly and the spray action works very well, but doesn’t over spray. It’s easy to wipe clean and looks really nice with the brushed nickel. Overall, it’s really great!

I never had a problem with the water pressure of my old kitchen faucet but the pressure with this one is horrible. The faucet is cheaply made. I would not recommend.

Peerless is a mid-price fixture manufacturer owned by the building product conglomerate Masco. Masco owns higher-end plumbing brands like Delta and hansgrohe, but Peerless is designed as a value brand for easy homeowner installs. Nevertheless, Peerless shares certain parts with Delta faucets along with the same nearly bulletproof lifetime warranty.
Peerless faucets vary from cheap designs with flimsy bases to faucets that rival the qulity of top brands. This faucet rivals Delta and Moen in build quality. It’s a well-made, beautifully designed kitchen faucet. It has a long hose, a welcome positive detent that keeps the retracted spray head aligned properly with the stem, and a solid metal shaft.
The particular faucet I received has a surprisingly loose single-handle valve with the horzontal-movement temperature control portion offering very little resistance. The vertically-adjusted flow control does have resistance, so the valve does not fall in use and shut itself off. I was a little surprised by the lack of positive resistance in the temperature control. BUT, this faucet’s lifetime warranty removes any real need to worry about this kind of issue. Peerless will ship the original purchaser (keep your receipt) a new valve cartridge if you ever have a problem with it.
Easily installed, well-built and with a lifetime warranty: if you like the design you will like the faucet in operation.
