   This fits smaller sinks quite nicely! The only thing about it that kind of shocks me is the price, I expected it to be MUCH higher than it actually is. It was easy to install and looks ultra nice and gives you a soft steady stream of water with good pressure. The movement of the handles is just silky smooth and the feel of the set is so nice, it’s got a good solid weight to it and it is durable as you will find. This one is a great choice at a great price. 4 stars.

   Not high dollar faucet. Its light weight and feels kinda cheap. But price and appearance is a good package. I would think it should be a little less money but thats what reviews are for.

   The quality and durability of this model appears to be an improvement over my previous Peerless faucet experiences. And at the same time, it appears to fall short of the quality and durability I’m accustomed to with competitor models such as Moen. It seems on par with some Delta I’ve used. Perhaps the discrepancies are due to not making true apples-to-apples comparisons with like model levels. Nevertheless, this faucet appears to be of durable metal construction. It has a basic, yet attractive modern style with a nice quality polished chrome finish. Handle motion is impressively smooth thanks to their ceramic valve technology, which should provide good service life. It is configured for exposed 3-hole mounting with 4″ centers. Includes a pop-up drain. Does not include water supply lines, so be sure to have those in hand at time of install. Installation instructions included and install is typical of most faucets of this type. The Peerless Precept model P299102LF does look to promise years of service. Came nicely packaged to survive shipping and handling.

   This Faucet looks great! The drain assembly handle is a bit loose, but I’m working on a way to tighten it.
   The style is very nice–the flat spout looks very cool in person. The handles on the knobs are small, but still easy to use.
   The running water sounds a bit odd, but I think it’s just different from the spout we had in the same sink previously. The water also drips a bit immediately after turning off the water–I think because of the length of the neck.
   Overall, I like this faucet set, and it looks terrific as part of our bathroom sink.

   This faucet has a very sleek modern look to it. Installation was straight forward and a direct bolt on. One of the fittings had a very minor issue with2-3 drops leaking every hour or so but nothing some Teflon tape couldn’t handle.the faucet construction itself is impeccable and makes for a very striking piece in our bathroom. The spot sits a bit higher then our okd unit but it’s exactly what we were looking for as it gives more clearance for your hand. All in all peerless knocked it out of the park with this.

   Peerless Precept 2-Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet with Pop-Up Drain Assembly, Brushed Nickel P299102LF-BN. This is a very nice faucet. I selected this item to replace the one in our guest bathroom. It was easy to install, the hardest part was actually removing the old one. This comes with all of the parts required to install, however if your old faucet has been there for awhile you may want to have new hoses in hand just in case as the seals on outs were basically rotted out and we needed to go grab some new hoses (definitely not this faucets fault though.) It is solid and heavy and is all metal (no plastic) and gives our bathroom vanity a fresh new look.

    It wasn’t too bad to install. Nothing with a drain is easy but it wasn’t as bad others we have installed and it really looks nice now that it is installed. I love having the two handles instead of 1 for controlling the temperature and flow of the water. Love the faucet and how it looks in the bathroom.
