We just bought a (new to us) house and a lot of the fixtures are fairly dated and need to be replaced. I ordered this bathroom faucet to update my son's bathroom. This Peerless single handed faucet comes in a brushed nickel finish and includes the drain pop up assembly. This kit comes with everything you need except maybe an extra pair of hands. This is a high quality faucet that fits 1 or 3 whole 4 inch installations with included deck plate. It comes with 20 inches of flexible lines and features a ceramic disc valve. This is a "WaterSense" faucet that uses up to 20% less water then the standard in the industry. It comes with very detailed installation instructions complete with lots of diagrams. I can't wait to install it and will update with post installation pics asap. Very happy with this product even with it being at the high end of faucet prices coming in at just under $134 at the time of this review. Noting the high quality of the product I highly recommend.

Easy to install, we used this to replace a delta shower. Functions okay, shower head does have low water pressure.. There is a major problem with water spotting though, after just one use the tub faucet has terrible water stains that I have been unable to remove. We have a water softener which should prevent this from happening. Now the new shower faucets look just as bad as the 15 year old ones we removed.

Both packages opened. One spring missing. Not good.

Pro: Looks great and works well. Very modern. Con: I thought brushed nickel would be easier to keep clean and free of fingerprints; I was wrong. Beware though that the tap is not very long. Ishould have paid closer attention to this measurement vis-a-vis the location of the holes in my vanity countertop. Hence, the water spout it's a little closer to the back edge of the sink than I'd like it to be.

I ordered this in June and installed st the end if the month. By the beginning of December it ead leaking. This was the only faucet I could find that I could hook my portable dishwasher to.

Wow, look at how nice the finish is, right? That was the first thing I noticed when I unwrapped it! Beyond that, I love the spray adjustment, it has detents and clicks very strongly into place. The high adjustment is also very solid feeling. Things like this make the difference between this and a $20 no-name junker. Personally, I think it’s worth it. Installation was very simple. The finish seems to resist water spots thus far, and we do have some fairly hard water. The different spray patterns feel great and anyone will easily find their favorite setting. My wife loves it too!

Leaked within 3 years. Customer service offers replacement or 70% off their msrp which is about $5 less than retail since no one wants the garbage they are putting out.

Good: -Good quality. -An optional deck plate is included. -Includes everything needed for installation (except the tools). -The style is simple and modern. Bad: -The faucet sits lower than expected and does not give us the clearance that we wanted. I ordered the Peerless P1535LF-BN-LPU Parkwood Handle Lavatory Faucet Single Hole, Brushed Nickel. We like that the faucet has hot and cold markings. The handle is easy to grip and move. The versatility of installing with or without a deck plate is an added feature. Overall, the quality looks good, but because it was too short, it did not work for our project.

It took like 3 weeks to arrive due to the recent winter storm that affected the entire US. The quality of this thing is… amazing. Worth the wait

Easy to install and works great

We got this for one of our small upstairs bathrooms and so far it has been working well for us. Build quality is solid, there are no finish blemishes and the accessories are good quality as well. Prior to this I got more expensive Moen faucet and it came with a flimsy plastic sink drain which broke when trying to tighten it. This one has metal fittings all the way down to the sink plug riser which is a very good feature. I can tighten it properly without the fear of it breaking or leaking over time as the rubber gasket settles and compresses.

Not including the time it took to remove the old faucet clean and prep everything, it literally took me 3 minutes to install the faucet. I’ve changed many faucets so this process can take much longer if you need an adapter for your angle stops, the holes aren’t big enough or if any of the hardware is rusted or damaged. In all I spent maybe 10 minutes total. As you can see from the picture, as long as you have a center hope, the faucet is ready to go after you slide the two supply lines into the center hole, put the backing plate and nut on, attach the supply lines and turn the water back on. Peerless makes a good faucet and this one has a nicely weighted lever that is very responsive to controlling the volume of water as well as the temperature.

Serves the purpose but the spout was not lengthy enough to reach the center of the sink and felt a bit cheap finish. from the price point of time, it looks good. Used http://www.peerlessoutlet.com.com/gp/product/B001M9T5W2/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_12 to help short length. Water indicators were missing.

Easy to install however the spray gives weak pressure, nice enough however I would suggest changing shower sprayer.

I like the feel of this Peerless Ezra Pull Down Kitchen Faucet Chrome, Kitchen Faucets with Pull Down Sprayer. It feels solid and with the correct adjustments, retracts into place fairly nicely. The water pressure seems about the same as we had before so that's a positive as well. It also looks great and has a nice chrome finish. Installation was fairly easy, took about 10 minutes and really no different than similar style kitchen faucets. I'd say my only complaint is I wish it was slightly taller but in this tier of kitchen faucets, it is a great find. Overall, happy with it so far.
