This was the first faucet I’ve ever installed. It was really easy and looks fabulous! I highly recommend!

Over the last couple of months I've been like Goldilocks trying to find the right kitchen faucet. The first faucet did not work properly. The second faucet, another Peerless, was great but did not have a pull-down sprayer. After a month or so of using it, I realized I really wanted a pull-down sprayer, so I ordered a third faucet. That was also great, but it was very modern and commercial looking and did not fit in with our kitchen decor. So finally, I found the right faucet with this Peerless Precept. The Peerless has everything you need. It's very easy to install, listed at a great price and has the pull-down sprayer that I wanted. The only thing I would tell the manufacturer is that touching it tends to leave fingerprints. So, you have to clean it with a rag periodically. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with it!

Great value. Nice construction. A little on the small side, but beyond what I expected for the price.

Package contained items shown in one of the attached photos. This faucet is made mostly out of brass with some plastic components. Looking at the same photo, you can pretty much tell what’s what. The most difficult part of the installation was removing the old faucet. Once that was done, installation of this new faucet was just a matter of tightening a couple of brass nuts and attaching the water lines. However, I did run into a problem that required purchase of a $3 part from Home Depot. The drain pipe that came with the faucet wasn’t long enough to reach my p-trap. I needed an extension pipe in order to make the connection (see photos). This is the second faucet I installed this week with this identical problem. The standard drain-pipe length on new faucets must be shorter than those from the past. If you’re replacing an older faucet, you may want to check and if necessary, have the extension pipe on hand before starting work. Text on the box says this faucet is supposed to have a limited lifetime warranty. Another reviewer mentioned that Peerless is owned by the same parent company that owns the Hansgrohe brand. This is bad news if Peerless handles their warranties the same way Hansgrohe does theirs. I have two 6-year old Hansgrohe faucets. The chrome finish on these faucets are corroding and cracking off. I called Hansgrohe to ask about the “Limited Lifetime Warranty” on those faucets. The customer rep I spoke to told me nothing can be done because those faucets are a discontinued design. The Hansgrohe limited lifetime warranty is basically worthless. I wonder if the Peerless limited lifetime warranty works the same way. Warranty uncertainty aside, I like this faucet. It looks stylish installed and operates smoothly. I just hope the finish is a bit more durable than those on my Hansgrohe faucets.

I needed the RP70538 Cartridge Valve - quickly, of course, due to a steady leak. All were out of stock, so I purchased this assembly via Prime, which contains both the RP70538 and the RP73625 Check Valve, which one should always purchase when replacing the RP70538. Fit my Delta single handle shower valve perfectly, for less cost than purchasing the two separately (at the time I needed them). I simply unscrewed the old assembly off, cleaned up the existing brass rough in with calcium/lime remover, installed the new assembly, and discarded the brass rough in kit (while main water valve shut off, of course). Several videos on web to help w/this. See picture of the leftover components, including the new/unneeded brass rough in valve and old RP70538 & RP73625 .

The picture shows the broken diverter that I removed. I had to insert a large allen wrench into it and then I could use needle nose pliers to unscrew it. I had tried to use the holes in the side but the plastic broke too easily. The new diverter works great and is a perfect fit. I recommend this diverter for Delta Kitchen faucet with the separate hot and cold levers and the sprayer.

Installation was pretty easy but the faucet looks cheap. The finish has had water spots on it since the first use. Even my 14-yr-old son said it never looks clean b/c of the finish which we can never get to look clean. Made our bathroom look worse. See photo. This was taken after wiping the faucet.

1. A very simple faucet with nice detail & polished chrome appearance. 2. A great price point for the value. Comes with everything needed to install. I have a plumber hired and will not be doing this myself but it could easily be a DIY job. 3. Mechanics work great and are very smooth. 4. This included a pull down sprayer in the nozzle that is not pictured. 5. Great height/arc and will be a great decor addition to any kitchen.

Installed it today. Works great and good value for the money. Standard threads on the end which is great since I hooked up an outboard water filter to it.

The faucet is fine, nothing special but looks ok and no issues so far. It's a little smaller than I expected but I think the measurements are listed so I should have checked that closer. The listing says Delta in the title and description but the faucet says Peerless on it. Apparently Peerless is the lower quality line of Delta so technically I guess it's a Delta faucet but the listing feels a bit deceptive Update: in less than 2 years it is corroding…

I bought two of these Peerless single-handle centerset bathroom faucets. They are high quality and look amazing.

Peerless is a well known name in faucets and is a brand that I trust. This faucet comes with the supply lines integrated into the faucet so there is no need to buy additional supply lines and a matching popup drain is also included. Installation is very straightforward and the finished product works extremely well.

To say i was horrified when i pulled this delta faucet apart and realised it was all plastic valves would be an understatement. These replacement cartridges fit perfectly as the originals and solved all my issues. A nice thing i noticed as well was they can be installed to both be "turn right open" Mopar style. Thats a bonus in my book, but still a little sad that a Delta faucet made in USA is made to the quality standard of a 99 cent store kids toy. At least the replacement cartridges were reasonably priced. This was a nice transaction all together.

The product looks great out of the box and for the first few months of use. However, both faucets have now corroded and will need to be replaced by a plumber causing both the expense of buying new hardware and the fitting costs. I suggest that you look elsewhere.

This is a very classic looking brushed nickel faucet. It has a higher arch to the faucet giving much more room in my sick than my old one. The handle moves very smoothly and easily. It performs flawlessly and looks absolutely great. Installation was a breeze. The flexible water lines are already a part of the faucet and there is not need to buy any. It has a deck plate allowing you to install it on any sink whether it be a single or three hole sink. I used the deck plate to cover the holes and does it with elegance. There is literally nothing needed but a couple of tools, and comes with everything you need to do a quick and painless installation. The drain is metal and has a pull/push mechanism allowing you to plug or drain the water easily. Cleaning is also very easy and spots do not show like on polished chrome. This is a very nice and high quality faucet that will do its job for many years while looking great. We love it.
