It was an improvement, better than expected. It's solid and durable and flawless after a month or so.

This part is what the handle set screw tightens against. peerlessoutlet.com referred me to Delta Faucets and Delta Faucets replied that I needed to reply to the peerlessoutlet.com vendor.

I'm quite happy with the faucet. Installation was easy. You have the option to do 1 or 3 hole sink with the included gasket - I did 1 hole. The flexible water supply lines are standard and quite long (~24 inches). The faucet is ceramic so that should give it a longer life than the plastic ones. The only problem I had was the drain. It's 1.25'' and it's too small for my sink. It is a pop up drain and it has an overflow. It looks well made but I can't use it. All in all, I'm quite happy with the quality and the esthetics. I would definitely recommend

No way to install since it's not threaded

My box arrived open, so this was definitely a return that I received. And I know why. The “brand” letters on this are so big and so obnoxious, it has to be a joke. Additionally, what’s in the picture are “H” and “C” for hot and cold, but those aren’t on the plate. Just two dots, red and blue, that look like they’re going to wash off the first time this thing gets wet. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I burst out laughing. Not sure how this has the 4 star reviews it does.

The only thing I can say is that shipping was super fast. peerlessoutlet.com probably wanted this cheap china junk out of the building as fast as possible. I bought (4) faucets to replace the ones in my home after 20+ years of service. I didn't need high dollar or fancy designs so I went with the low end but? what I thought was a quality name as in, Peerless design. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! It's just cheap china junk made so fast, quality control isn't even part of the process. The one and only faucet not pictured was the one that was made as close to correct as they could get. All the others as you can see, the copper tubing isn't anywhere close to being in the correct positions (4" centers) to make mounting possible out of the box. I had to pay an experienced plumber with the correct size tubing bender to form these tubes in their proper positions. So much for saving money! With what I spent to make this junk right I could have bought the higher end products. The mounting studs (threaded) are on 4" centers as is my sink basin holes. The hot and cold water inlet tubes should be as close to that same dimension (which they were not) so the notched washer and nut would lock everything into place. As you can see in the pictures? the faucets out of the box wouldn't have mounted anywhere near as their instructions show. Lastly? you'd think if Peerless had any experience in providing instructions on installation of their product? their tool list would have been more accurate than just a screw driver, pliers and an adjustable wrench. Luckly, I sized the nut for the threaded mounts (11mm) and the square (12mm) on the back side of the threaded coupler before I started the installation. At least having the RIGHT tools made this fiasco manageable. With all this said? if you want a trouble free, easy installation of new faucets in your home? avoid these pieces of junk like the plague!

Looks sharp. Unfortunately didn't fit my existing valve so I had to replace that also.

Ok this is a nice faucet! Really nice. I’ve never got this brand before as I typically only get Moen. But so far I really like it. It’s well made and the finish does not appear to leave fingerprints. All the corners have a slight roundness to them so you won’t poke yourself. And the operation is buttery smooth. Also the drain has a metal pop up top that works well if you like a center style drain as opposed to an edge style wide coverage drain that I actually prefer. As is it’s still very good. I also really appreciate the black logo on the black so yes it’s branded, but you can barely see it which is a huge plus.

Item camewith no paper or foam to protect item looks used and I can’t return it Because I need to install asap for a 1 bathroom house I’m remodeling

This black Peerless faucet looks awesome in my gray kitchen! Looks stylish and modern, yet still works in a more traditional kitchen like mine. It swivels. I love the pull-out sprayer which will never hang down/droop like some other faucets' do, because gravity isn't working against it. It was easy to install; my son and I did it ourselves in under an hour. If I had one suggestion for a possible improvement (for Peerless), maybe make a similar verson a little larger and heavier, with a higher price point for those willing to pay more? The base and top handle on this faucet are made of metal, but it still feels a little on the light/flimsy side. My previous faucet did feel more substantial and expensive. This faucet is priced very appropriately though. (The old faucet was a lot more expensive, and it only last six years. Womp womp.) Hoping this one will stand the test of time! Overall very happy with my purchase.

This was for a utility sink, so I was hoping to find something under a hundred bucks. None of the cheapies fit my configuration (one hole for the faucet and one for the sprayer), so went with this one. It also fits two and three hole configs. I had to angle the handle a bit to accommodate how close the sprayer hole was but it is very functional. It also comes with the supply lines. I would suggest getting a sink wrench to get the nut off, especially with how deep those utility sinks are and the awkward position you'll be in. The 11'' duratech basin wrench worked perfectly.

This was easy to put in and looks good for a low price.

Love it. Was easy to set up, but most likely you will need and extension for both or one of the water hoses. I ended up needing one. Yes it doesn’t completely stop due to the facet’s neck. Doesn’t bother me. I will now be able to wash my big pots with ease. UPDATE one month later on use of faucet- Mine stops now after I turn off the water. It might be the filter inside the cap that holds up the water after being shut off. After a couple of weeks it completely stops. I use a stander adapter and I'm able to connect my dishwasher and Python syphon for my aquarium to the faucet. I place a pic so you can see that the Handel sits at an angle and the Handel stops straight up and doesn’t go back any further.

I gave it a 3 for "easy to install" only because I don't consider it fun crawling under a sink to work on a fixture. I'm definitely not a plumber nor am I as skinny as I was 30 years ago. With that being said, I got a good deal on this fixture and I was able to get it done correctly the first time. Be patient -- watch Youtube, and save yourself the hassle of hiring a repairman. The faucet works as it should. Also take the time to register the product on the Peerless website.

REALLY easy to install - in a four hole (sprayer) sink. Literally took 15 minutes. Comes with a nice base plate Looks great, and smooth valve control. My only complaint is that the Tygon-mesh hand sprayer tube is curled so tightly that it doesn't want to feed through the retraction hole. Maybe it will relax over time (hot water relaxes it, but as soon as it cools it wants to coil up again). Price as reviewed is really good for a faucet of this quality.
