  • We went from dual faucets to a single hole vanity to eliminate the chances of leaking in half. It includes everything you need to complete the job, except for tools of course. If you wanna take on this job, then you have to be all the way in it, or not at all, and call a professional instead. Because here are some issues you might incur should you decide to tackle this: - The current nut holding your faucet handles might be unreachable, especially if you have built in cabinets done by original homebuilders. - Pop up drain pipe might be one of those thin 1.75 inch nuts, in which case, standard wrenches won't work. I was standing at my local hardware store looking at the most gigantic wrenches, and to my surprise, no matter how small or gigantic these things are, their jaws will open up to 1.5 inches at most. The nut under your drain might be 1.75 inches. This is when I learned about a Plumber's Wrench. These wrenches have jaws that open up from 1 to 3 inches. The good thing is that these new design pop up drains have oversized nuts that can be threaded by your barehand. So the next time you have to replace it, you won't need the plumber's wrench. - To go to work, you will have to turn off the water. Under your sink are hot and cold shut off valves. Now if you have not touched these valves for ages, years, maybe a decade like us. LOL! Understand that once you move the knob, cracking and breaking up whatever residue or calcium buildup that has accumulated over time, there is a 80-90% chance the valve will leak from that point on. You will then have no choice, but to replace the shut-off valve as well. 80-90% is a very high likelihood and it's not hyperbole. Many professionals mention this, and I thought it was an exaggeration too until it happened to me. So trust me, if you haven't touched your shut off valves for many years, it will leak if you start to fiddle with it. So here's a tip. If you don't want to chance it, then shut the water off to the entire house. There are many issues that can stop you in your tracks when tackling these types of jobs. Be prepared to go all the way, or not at all, and hire a professional. We got our hands dirty, and learned a lot. This is a 5-Star set!

  • The Peerless Ezra faucet was easy to install. The instructions were clear and all the needed components were present, including the deck plate which is typically sold separately. While the design of the faucet is modern, its streamlined and elegant nature makes it relatively universal for placement. Our bathroom leans into a Southwest theme, for instance, and the faucet fits in beautifully and despite being taller than the faucet it replaced, it doesn't seem awkward as I'd feared when I ordered it. The quality of the faucet, in both construction and materials, is impressive. The handle operates smoothly and makes temperature adjustments easy. The metals look beautiful and don’t show fingerprints, and the pop-up drain is simple to install and works perfectly every time. All-in-all, I have no doubt this faucet will continue to look nice and operate well for a long time.

I used this on a visible sink in a snack bar area, so I specifically chose this for its modern, clean design. I do like the look of it, but the "stick" handles may not appeal to everyone (my husband insists they look like soap dispensers instead of handles). The faucet moves smoothly and feels like a quality fixture. Install is simple if you are familiar with doing DIY plumbing stuff. I will say that this faucet has a mixer valve that is new to me: it looks like a simple W-valve, and the hot and cold faucets attach to it with quick-connect ends that snap in. Very easy, hope they are as watertight as conventional fittings. Instructions are generic for this brand apparently, because they show many different steps and photos that don't apply to this particular model. In my attached photo, you can see the basic assembly with my notation that this model has the W-connector and not the more traditional hose-style mixer. One note about function: this is a high spout, and as such it will give a ton of splash on the sink and counter if you don't keep your hands/dishes DOWN inside the sink when the water is running. If you have younger kids, a high spout like this is not a design I'd recommend.

Bought my first peerless single handle faucet for a home I was selling and liked it so much I bought a 2nd one for the home I moved into. Very well constructed and 1/2 the cost of other brands. I love the additional fan spray option as- well, it great for spraying off dishes.

Product was the exact thing I needed, but it seems like I received a used one that some had stole the check valve from. Not sure how this wasn’t caught.

Beautiful matte black wide set faucet. I love that it came with the pop up drain as well, those can be hard to find in matte black at your typical big box store. Absolutely makes the bathroom complete now!

Item looks identical to the parts removed so that's a good thing. Easy enough install. Only mystery is the flow is reduced. Thought I might have done something wrong so I uninstalled it and double checked everything and verified with the manual from Delta even. Flows enough to not really care but just wanted to put that out there. Also to the review that states it only worked on one side that's totally operate error, you just have to install one side in the opposite direction lol.

I was pretty disappointed in the quality and fit of this product to fix my Delta Windmere faucet that started leaking. There were NO installation instructions so I had to revert to YouTube to find out how to install it. The collar nut eventually did allow me to get it installed and it did not leak, however there is a very noticeable gap under the handle. If you don't care about appearance this will work. But it won't look great at all.

  • I never leave negative reviews, but this is frustrating. I had this faucet installed to find out the push button to go between the spray nozzle and the regular drip, does not work. It’s constantly a mix of both as you can see in the photo. Don’t buy, or find a way to test it before having installed.

I bought this to replace a 30 yr old faucet. I suppose, as with everything, they are making things cheaper now days. The copper tubing to hookup the water lines are about 4 in. shorter (to save money I suppose) so I had to go to a hardware store to buy longer tubing to connect it. The old sprayer had a smooth plastic tubing while the new one has a corrugated tubing that makes noise when you pull it out. The lever works easy however it is about an inch shorter than the old one. I would have given it 5 stars if I hadn't had to drive 40 miles round trip to get longer tubing and it didn't have that noisy tubing for the sprayer. Also the hole in the aerator is very small to reduce water usage I guess. I don't have good water pressure and the water didn't aerate properly, so I drilled out the hole about .016" bigger and it works better.

    Soo beautiful item for me

  • I needed something quickly to replace my bathroom faucet when it went on the fritz after 20-plus years of faithful service! This Peerless Tunbridge faucet seemed to pop up on my Vine offerings at just the right time! However, fast forward to installation and it is really just "okay!" This is a low-flow faucet, which must mean low pressure, and although it looks nice enough, I'm just not very impressed! I will replace this Peerless Tunbridge faucet, which is made in China, as soon as I can get out and about and buy an American-made faucet! I will happily pay more than $50 for a faucet made in the USA! Bottomline: Due to my experience with this faucet, I cannot recommend it. Perhaps if you can find a Peerless or Delta faucet made in the USA, (do they still make them?) you will have a better experience.

  • Please excuse the 70s-era sink. Ended up returning Brushed Nickel for Chrome, but still the same model. Faucet and handles are very solid and a good weight. In removing the old faucets, which used the same type of push-connect hoses from the handles to the spout, I cut the tubes to release the tension on the tubes and used channel locks, set at the same width of the connector so it would just pinch the tabs and release the hose. Deep socket and extension to tighten the spout. Replaced 3 faucets with this model. Very satisfied, would highly recommend.
