Initially, I thought this was a good buy and great value! Until... Exactly one year later, it had a hole in the extension part of the faucet. Spraying water from that hole on to the floor every time you turn it on.

Easy to install well

Fits our decor perfectly. Simple yet classic design.

I really wanted a high arc faucet but since my sink is in a corner under a cabinet I did not have enough clearance so this faucet was not my first choice. However, now that it's installed I like it much more than I thought I would. The bronze is a beautiful color; the pull out hose works smoothly. Very satisfied.

I am very impressed by this faucet. It was fairly straightforward to install and works very well. The manual is detailed and it has all of the info you might need, including cleaning and troubleshooting the valves if necessary in the future. Things that I liked: - Very good build quality and feel of the valves. Solid and sturdy. - The drain separates in two between the bottom of the sink and the stopper lever. This allows you to install the drain without having to unscrew the flange on top. This makes future removal much easier and prevents potential damage to the sink drain opening. - The valves are fully serviceable\replaceable. This also allows you to tighten the handles if they ever become loose. Our previous faucet had fixed handles which eventually started to separate from the valve and cause dead zones. - Drain section is plastic. One might consider this to be more of a con. However in the long run it would prevent potential rust buildup which causes the retaining nut to freeze up. - The tool to remove the aerator is included for easy cleaning. I can't really think of anything I am unhappy with. Only time will tell how the valves perform but that applies to every faucet on the market.

Massive chunk of metal.. :-) Well, I guess its nicer to say well made, beautifully chromed bathroom faucet. I was shocked when I pickup it up. Its heavy. Quality all metal construction here. No plastic junk.. this is 100% quality construction. Only downside is it does not come with a 3 hole cover plate. Installing is same as any other faucet nut you need a single hole counter top.

Got this to replace our 15 year old Delta faucet, definitely not better or as good as the Delta brand. The bottom part is plastic and the materials are cheaper. However, it works so let's see how many years will this last.

I went from chrome to brushed nickel which I really like the look of in our main bathroom. Installation was very easy and quick; it was the removal of the old leaky faucet that I was replacing. The instructions were easy to follow with good diagrams and everything was wrapped and packaged with care to ensure that it arrived in mint condition. My immediate observations after installation were ... - enhanced fluid quarter turn movement of the handles over my previous faucet - No more pipe banging sounds in my wall when the water is switched on and off (yay!) - Noticeably more efficient oxygenated flow of water than my previous faucet Overall, I could not ask for more in a faucet. The Peerless Elmhurst center set faucet has been working great since installation and cleans up much easier than my old chrome fixture. I would highly recommend this faucet!

I ordered this due to its streamlined look, to mount in a new vanity/sink combo which is very contemporary, simple, and streamlined. Having purchased and installed many kitchen and sink faucets in home remodeling over the years, I was beyond surprised when I opened the box to remove this faucet. It seemed to be stuck in the box and I had to be a bit forceful to get it out, at which point I discovered that this Peerless is very heavy, unlike most mid priced big box store units, which is what caused me to think it was stuck in the box. This is solid metal. I could not find any visible "above the sink" components that were plastic. So this will last a very long time with the internal workings of equal quality and durability. The sink that I had purchased to mount this on was a 3 hole sink, and this Peerless indicated single hole or 3 hole mount. Attached are pictures I took prior to installing. There is a conically sloped metal base, which flares out at the bottom, for the single hole mount, as shown, which is solid metal with a rubber gasket where it meets the sink top. You remove that for the 3 hole mount and slip the metal 3 hole plate into place. The 3 hole plate is very thin and streamlined which looks great, by not being obtrusive and overly noticeable. It is meant to blend in seamlessly with its surroundings. This comes with all the hardware needed, including the sink drain tube, and pop up drain assembly. However, typical of most boxed faucet assemblies it does not include the drain pipe p-trap, which is typical since there is no way for a manufacturer to know the dimensions or geometry of your drain configurations under the sink. No matter what they might send, you will end up going to a plumbing department to get the right lengths of drain trap pipe vertically and horizontally to make final drain connections. The only thing you need besides some basic tools is some silicone to seal the stopper and drain pipe assembly to the sink basin hole. The supply lines may be a bit long if you have a short throw from your hot and cold shut off valve, supply connections, in which case you simply loop the supply lines to accommodate the shorter distance. The instructions are not as bad as many, but could have benefitted with better step by step line drawings, close up to see the interface of parts such as the installation of the pop up drain stopper arm. They do show all of that, but I found myself having review and reread the instructions to get a handle on what they meant. If you want a super high quality, robust faucet, that is simple and elegant in its looks, I will steal the tagline from a well known competitor, "Buy it for looks. Buy it for life." Sorry, Mr. Competitor, but it really seems to fit this particular product. If you like the looks of this faucet, don't hesitate for a moment to purchase it.

Leaked the second day. These is my second one but sadly it is defective. See picture.

This is simply beautiful. It looks so expensive. Highly recommend!

Decent faucet for the price. You get what you pay for! Works and looks fine for me!

It was smaller than I expected. Still great looking and works well. I had to adjust the drain pull, I wasn’t cutting into the marble top so the pull is really low. Not bad. Just bothers me since I know.

The design of this faucet worked well with the look we were going for. The unit feels solidly-built and so far works well. The handle moves smoothly. The sprayer has three settings: 1) normal tap stream 2) multiple thin streams in a radiating circular pattern 3) a flat-line spray pattern. The third one is pretty unique and I haven't seen it before. It's useful for sweeping debris out of the sink and into the drain. So far, I like it and hope that it holds up over time.

This is definitely a low-end fixture. It's very light weight and engineered to a low-end price point. It works okay when it's new, we'll see how it holds up. Several of the spray patterns "leak", like holes that should be off dribble out water instead. The flexible hose is not rugged. Any kinking or encounters with accidental blunt force are going to leave a mark. If you're installing it to replace a regular shower head you'll need a 1/2" pipe nipple about 3" long to replace the existing shower arm (bent threaded pipe coming out of the wall that the shower head attaches to). The exact length depends, so you'll need to measure for your particular installation. The slide bar is also quite light. It's definitely not a grab bar. If I were doing it again I'd definitely spend more for a Grohe or other higher-end brand. Installing this takes enough time that I don't want to have to do it again for a long time. It also involves drilling holes in the tile that may or may not suit a replacement, given this model is unlikely to be available in a couple years. If I had to pay someone to install it that's all the more reason to invest in one you won't have to replace.
